Above is the Creative prompt given by the best selling author Preeti Shenoy, as part of the launch of her third novel, 'Tea for two and a Piece of cake'. With two National best sellers , Preeti is poised to take the literary scene by storm again.
And for me, undoubtedly it would be the Chat Show Queen Oprah Winfrey . A woman who describes her life as 'Taj Mahal". She dazzled India by delivering an inspiring message on education, awareness and the empowerment of women at the Jaipur Literature Festival.
She burst into homes with her TV talk show, coaxing even the most reticent to open up. An icon the world over, she is synonyms with a lot of things : Media, Power, Women's Empowerment, Charity, Love, Icon, Compassion, Life -turn -around and so much more.
While talking to Deepak Chopra, she said,
"My purpose is to be a sweet inspiration for those on the path seeking the best of themselves and to help people see greater possibilities in their lives and fulfil their potential; to awaken. I want to use my life and my stage as a platform for changing consciousness for the good. I have enjoyed watching many episodes of her path breaking Talk Show and have the highest of reverence for her. It would be a mind blowing experience to share tea with her :)))
